Jackie Yeaney: Partner, Marketing Consulting
Jackie is a Seasoned Sales & Marketing Executive with seven years as a successful Chief Marketing Officer. She drives growth by centering companies on their customer relationships and experiences. She is a strong strategic and business thinker with six years in management consulting. Recently, as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of PGi (a $600m global virtual meetings and conferencing company), Jackie was responsible for all aspects of PGi’s worldwide marketing, SMB sales, branding, and customer experience efforts
Jackie also has experience as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales at EarthLink, leading brand positioning and message development across all lines of business and as EVP and CMO for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. There she was responsible for marketing, sales administration, e-business, and corporate strategic planning. Jackie spent 2 ½ years as the Managing Director for Consumer Marketing at Delta Air Lines. She managed worldwide marketing communications, corporate brand strategy, and orchestration of customer service initiatives. Jackie owned and managed all facets of the SkyMiles program, which was the 3rd largest airline loyalty program in the world at over 30 million members.
Prior to her career in marketing, Jackie spent several years with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She joined BCG’s Boston office in 1996, but also worked in their Atlanta and Zurich offices. While working for BCG, she primarily consulted for clients in the airline, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Jackie’s career also included time as an engineering consultant with Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Inc. and as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.
Jackie holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a BS in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She spends most of her free time with her three children, but also enjoys speaking at women leadership and marketing events.
